Carpo Studio respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only use your details to respond to inquiries, deliver services, and run the studio securely.
When you book, enquire, or message us, we may collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp, event details, location preferences, messages, and payment references (such as deposit proof screenshots). If you create a client account, we also store login credentials in hashed form.
We use your information to reply to inquiries, schedule and deliver photography or film work, process deposits, share galleries securely, send booking updates, and improve our website experience. We do not sell your personal information.
We may collect anonymous visit statistics (page views and approximate unique visitors) to understand how the public site is used. These counts are not tied to your name or email. Optional hosted analytics tools may also run when enabled by the studio.
Data is stored in our systems (including hosting and database providers) with access limited to studio administrators. Payment proof images and galleries are treated as confidential client materials. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
We may share necessary details with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example email delivery, hosting, or storage). We only share what is needed for those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
You can ask us to update or correct your contact details, request access to information we hold about you, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to keep for legal or business reasons. Contact the studio and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Our services are intended for adults arranging photography and film work. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without a parent or guardian’s involvement in the booking.
We keep booking and project records for as long as needed to deliver work, support clients, meet accounting or legal requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we remove or anonymise it where practical.
